Questions homeowners ask first
How much does a remodel cost?
Our packages and their prices are on this page and on our pricing page: three for bathrooms, three for kitchens, three for tub-to-shower conversions. Your written estimate itemizes the same lines.
Do I need a permit?
If plumbing moves, a circuit is added or a wall is opened, yes. We pull it under our license and attend every inspection.
How long will it take?
A hall bathroom takes two to three weeks on site, a kitchen four to six, a tub-to-shower conversion one to five days.
Can I stay at home during the work?
Almost everyone does. We seal the work area, protect the floors and clean up every day.
How do payments work?
A deposit of $1,000 or 10%, whichever is less, then payments as the work is completed. The schedule is on our pricing page.
Who does the work?
Our in-house, dedicated crew. The same people work on your job from demolition to the final clean, and the owner checks in on every job.
